position for our Sierra School of Antioch and Sierra School of San Joaquin. They will provide the most intensive individual support for students (tier 3). ABA therapy for skill acquisition. Provide behavior training and consultation to school
personnelu00A0u25CF u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0
Facilitate family engagement (general training, newsletters, access to external supports)u00A0u25CF u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0
Collaborate with external partners and providers to provide support to students, families, and staff (bridge the gap between home and school)u00A0u25CF u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0
Observe students in their educational environment, analyze existing data, and conduct different assessments as needed (i.e., preference assessments, experimental functional analysis, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, etc.) to increase student success.u00A0u25CF u00A0 u00A0 u00A0
Through observations write and provide notes/recommendations for the educational team and write an ABA report based
off of
observations and recommendationsu00A0u25CF u00A0 u00A0 u00A0 Create u00A0and model implementation of behavior programs/strategies in the school environment.u00A0u25CF u00A0 u00A0 u00A0u00A0 Help create materials (i.e., visual schedules, token boards, social stories, etc.) for the educational team to use to help the student
succeedu00A0u25CF u00A0 u00A0 u00A0 u00A0 Facilitate data collection with educational teams to monitor student progress. u00A0u25CF u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0
Collaborate with educational team to help develop behavior intervention plans for students experiencing behavioral concerns in the school

Review and analyze data,
as well as,
provide follow up consultation and assist with modifications as neededu00A0u25CF u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Help identify and assess behavioral difficulties that interfere with studentu2019s attendance, adjustment, academics and achievements in

Participate in team meetings and IEP
