Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.Clearance/Citizen Type:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; DoD Secret clearance is required.Work Type:
Full TimeWhat You'll Do:Leading teams on small moderately complex installation projects.Conducting and documenting daily tool box talks.Installing all head end equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.Programming head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.Providing on-site software commissioning and testing.Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.Building relationships and executing design plans for the world’s largest and most recognizable customers.Leading and mentoring a team through the technical design process from pre-award through testing and commissioning.Partnering with senior leadership to capitalize on existing customer opportunities and develop plans for future customer opportunities, establishing priorities and financial goals.Conducting technical presentations to customers and senior leadership.Building teams of great people with deep expertise, promoting two-way communication and feedback regarding individual or team performance, workload, and career development.Partnering with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision.Position / Candidate Requirements:Requires a Valid driver's license.This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy.Education:HS diploma or GEDMilitary Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) orGraduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program orGraduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program orAn additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.Required Progressive Experience:6+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.3+ years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems.Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus.This position may require travel.Available to work a flexible schedule nights and weekends.Desired / Advantageous Qualifications:Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, Aiphone Intercom Systems, CCURE, Genetec, Zenitel, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems.What we offer:A collaborative team inspired by the way engineering and innovation enhance customer outcomes, improve lives, and change the world for the better.
