King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on Route 347, Smithtown, NY is looking for experienced Tow Truck Drivers to join our exclusive Towing Team. Must have licensed Tow Endorsement.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Pick-up and delivery of vehicles with our Tow Truck fleet
Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage
Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations
Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities
Help run our day-to-day tow operations and maintain any facility maintenance and repairs
Mechanically inclined and able to operate various equipment/forklift
Be available during off-hours as needed to run the tow truck as necessary
Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
Commitment to customer service satisfaction
A high level of professionalism and courteousness
Detail oriented
Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
Proven track record of achieving goals
Other tasks as assigned
Skills & Experience:
Must have towing experience
Must meet background screening criteria
Must possess a valid Driver's License issued by your state of residence
Ability to work in various weather conditions
