We’re looking for a Director of Student Services at Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, FL, an affiliate of Rite of Passage.

What you’ll do:

As Director of Student Services, you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the treatment consisting of Case Management, Behavior Health, Medical, Admissions, Transitions, and Career, Religious, and Volunteer Services. The Director is responsible for administration; policy and program development; staff management; revenue and expense budgets and operations; and for working with students, staff, faculty, and colleagues in developing goals, objectives, and strategies, setting standards of operations and performance, and establishing short-term and long-term plans. The Director of Student Services is a senior management position that reports to the Program Director and serves as a member of the Site Management Team.

To be considered, you should:

Have a BA/BS in related field (Master’s Degree preferred).

Five years of related experience in residential facility operation.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

Be at least 21 years of age.
