The Department of Radiology at New Jersey Medical School at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Newark is recruiting a full-time Nuclear Medicine Physician for its Division of Nuclear Medicine. We are seeking a candidate at the Assistant Professor level to join our dynamic and evolving division; new graduates are also encouraged to apply. We serve a diverse community with a wide range of interesting cases. We are a collegial department that values education of residents, clinical excellence, and faculty personal growth and well-being. Research tracks are available for those with strong research interests, although research is not required. If the applicant is a diagnostic radiologist as well, clinical assignments can also include body imaging. The position will offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

The successful applicant will have dedicated training in nuclear medicine including current certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification in nuclear medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine

OR

in radiology by the American Board of Radiology including unsealed byproduct material (radionuclides/radiopharmaceuticals) authorized user status.Special Instructions to Applicants
