Possesses, understands, and applies a comprehensive knowledge in area of specialization. Develops understanding and skills to allow for completion of assignments that cross fields of specialization. Develops leadership and management skills.Receives/Reviews progress and evaluates results of experiments or projects under control or supervisory responsibility.Recommends changes in research, testing or experimental procedures.May be responsible for a single highly technical and complex piece of research equipment.May review and evaluate the effectiveness of personnel.May plan for and assign personnel to projects under control.Operates with latitude for unreviewed action.May receive general supervision conferring with higher levels only in unusual situations.Performs other job-related duties as required.Qualifications

Doctoral and No experience required. Requires singular knowledge of a specialized advanced professional discipline or the highest level of general business knowledge, normally acquired through attainment of a directly job-related terminal degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work being performed.Notes to Applicant

Assistance in Research: Design, execute, and evaluate experiments on membrane; this may involve new ion-conducting polymer material development and synthesis, preparing electrolyte membrane and membrane-electrode assembly for electrolysis application.Independent data analysis: Analyze and interpret experimental data, performing statistical analysis and developing or modifying existing models as needed.Manuscript drafting: Write research articles based on findings, collaborating with colleagues both within and outside the group.Help in project review: Support the hiring professor in preparing project report and review meetings.Assistance in mentoring and training: Provide guidance and training assistance to graduate students working on related projects, offering technical advice and feedback on their work.Coordinate collaboration: Work with researchers within the group, as well as external collaborators, to advance the projects.Assistance in presenting research findings: Attend and present research accomplishments at national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars.Help in lab management: Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure safe handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials, and maintain a secure and organized lab environment.Required Attachments by Candidate
