Come join a team of other passionate, hardworking employees and become part of a friendly, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assisting Project Managers with performing design, computations, and evaluations associated with water supply, distribution, and planning projectsWriting reports and specifications, gathering information, drafting correspondence, and completing progress reportsClient interaction and teamwork with other disciplinesCoordinating permitting efforts with various local regulatory agencies, including local and State health departments and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC)Qualifications:At least a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or closely related discipline3– 6 years of design experienceProfessional Engineering License is a plus, but not requiredWillingness and ability to complete field work a plus, which can involve climbing elevated structures, descending into excavations, entering confined spaces (below ground vaults or above ground storage tanks), and being in the vicinity of heavy construction equipment and vehiclesStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCADExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenSelf-motivated and eager to learnFE/EIT and OSHA training is a plus, but not requiredSchedule:Monday through Friday8 Hour shiftSalary Range:
