Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Project Manager Environmental, we'll count on you to:Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or larger projects requiring NEPA complianceProduce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrentlyEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholdersCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresPerform other duties as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science or closely related field7 years experience in related fieldA minimum 2 years project management experienceProven experience managing the NEPA process for transportation projectsSelf-starter with excellent writing and communication skillsStrong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPreferred QualificationsExperience with NEPA projects for other types of projects, in addition to transportation projectsDemonstrated knowledge of NEPA and the environmental processExperience managing EA/EIS projectsPMP certificationAt least 8 years experience in NEPA environmental documentation, regulatory compliance and permitting in Pacific Northwest. The expected compensation range for this position is $90,580 - $171,132 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
