Job Title: Landscape Enhancement Manager

Job Overview: Peak Landscape is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Enhancement Manager to lead our enhancement teams in all phases of landscape renovations. The Landscape Enhancement Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing teams, coordinating with asset managers, and ensuring high-quality results that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise enhancement teams, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines.

Collaborate with asset managers to understand project requirements, preferences, and goals.

Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to recommend plant selections, materials, and design elements for each project.

Manage project budgets, procure necessary materials, and track expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications and company standards.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development within the team.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in landscaping techniques.

Ability to train and mentor crew members for skill development.

Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and safety practices.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Horticulture or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in landscape design, enhancement, and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a landscape leadership role.

Strong understanding of landscaping principles, design elements, plant material, and construction techniques.

Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and scheduling software/tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Demonstrate leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals.

Ability to effectively communicate with crews in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
