POSITION SUMMARY
Anytime Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. While direct fitness industry experience is not required, exceptional interpersonal skills and a self-motivated can-do work ethic are essential. As the Fitness Club Director, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with new and existing members within the facility. Your success in this role will be driven by building the club's business through engaging with prospective members and actively participating in the community. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Earning potential of $40,000-$65,000 per year

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire new members through direct 1-1 sales pitches, outbound marketing, and community outreach
Oversee the entire club membership base, including operational and financial responsibilities, back-end reporting, and member satisfaction
Manage, train, and motivate club personnel while guiding them towards achieving overall club goals
Perform general office administrative duties
Ensure smooth facility management to provide an exceptional member experience
REQUIREMENTS
Several years of leadership experience in either the service or retail sector, demonstrating a track record of success
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-centric approach to conducting business
Previous sales skills are advantageous, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset for building a successful business
Passion for the health and wellness industry
