July 1, 2024 - July 1, 2025Details:This faculty member will serve as an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor and be responsible for high-volume clinical activity within the realm of pediatric urology. This will involve seeing patients in clinics at Primary Children’s Medical Center and the Lehi Children’s Hospital, and it will involve a robust surgical practice based at these centers. We anticipate 4-4.5 days of clinical activity each week with 0.5-1 days reserved for academic/administrative time. This faculty member is expected to develop a strong regional and national referral practice in reconstructive urology.On the educational front, this faculty member will be responsible for teaching residents and our pediatrics fellow state-of-the-art care, practice, and patient-centered behavior, including didactic lectures and one-on-one teaching in both the clinic and operating room settings. We also expect this faculty member to educate staff members on the best care of the problems seen within the clinic.On an academic front, this endourologist hire will focus on clinical research and/or educational activities including outcomes, health services research, or other clinically-related quality improvement endeavors. The faculty member will work with some residents to increase their participation in research and ensure that our pediatric service publishes and reports important data that moves the field forward.Interested applicants may apply at:
