You will be a part of the Technical Operations team and report to the Manager, RNA Technical Operations.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Thorough understanding and working knowledge of the manufacturing process, technologies, and systems that are utilized.Act as technical SME in the execution of DOEs or studies with oversight and guidance.Facilitate onboarding of technology transfers.Provide technical SME support during manufacturing events and participate in client-facing meetings providing high-level knowledge and updates.The essential requirements of the job include:2+ years of experience in process development, engineering, validation, and/or RNA manufacturing.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience working within a regulated cGMP environment.Basic knowledge in biologics downstream processing.Experience working within a CDMO.The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
