Job Summary:The Service Consultant's primary responsibilities include visiting customers, trade show participation when applicable/able, promotion of CSD products, increasing TO, input for strategy improvement based on market situation, and summary and update meetings every 2 weeks with service manager, spare part manager, and director of CSD. It is the expectation that the Service Consultant proactively devises an appropriate sales strategy in regard to travel planning, customer visits, products and services. It is the expectation to analyze the customers’ needs and select and promote appropriate solutions, maintain the company’s relationship to the customer and to promote the long-term success of it. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.Field Active sales and promotion of CSD Products:Care and everQ (plast check)Increase TO of service productsCustomer intimacy by consulting and visitsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Plastic Technology, Injection Molding Machine Maintenance or related field.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Injection Molding Industry, including the injection molding life cycle of mold setup, maintenance, processing and quality.Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/electronic and software and process engineering is helpful.Sound understanding of all aspects of Injection molding machines/robot within controller generations from cc90 >+ as well as all types of injection molding machines, including horizontal, vertical, multi color, hybrid, toggle, duo, tiebarless, etc.Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, Innosoft and Internet Explorer.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA):Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job duties of the position.WHY ENGEL?
