Undergraduate courses are taught over a three-week time-frame with daily classes, and graduate courses are taught in 2 weekend formats. Quality teaching and strong business working experience are the top priorities.Required Qualifications:Graduate-level programs: Ph.D., D.B.A., J.D. or other terminal doctoral degrees (excluding graduate teaching experience) in areas such as finance, accounting, management, economics, information technology, engineering and related fields.Undergraduate-level programs: MBA with 3+ years’ relevant industry working experience (excluding teaching experience) in Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Entrepreneurship and related fields.Experience in Learning Management Systems: Desire 2 Learn (D2L) is desired as well as an Enterprise Software System (like PeopleSoft).Demonstrate intercultural competence and commitment to working with international students, adult learners, and underserved student populations.Experience in an international setting preferred.Ability to fly on transpacific flights between the US and Asia.Additional Information : Courses are offered on campus in our partner universities either in China or Vietnam. Positions are available contingent upon enrollment, funding, and departmental needs.
