The Admin Assistant will support 3 VPs of Alternative Programming for CBS.Responsibilities:

Answer phones and roll callsSchedule meetingsDraft memos and reportsCoordinate travelComplete expense reportsAssist with projects and events as neededAssist in departmental projects, including reviewing materials and conducting researchMaintain up to date and accurate project files and calendarsLiaise with Program Coordination to provide technical specifications, deliverables requirements and format letters to production partnersWork with S&P to ensure they have all materials and proper set up on locationProvide on-location support as neededAdditional projects and duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 1 year experience working for a television executive, talent agency, or as a Production AssistantMust possess exceptional knowledge of and passion for the TV industryStrong communication, computer, and phone skillsMust be a strong decision maker with the ability to anticipate needs of the executive and potential issues before they ariseMust be a master of multi-tasking and able to accomplish tasks quickly and accuratelyA team player who excels at collaborating with othersCBS, a subsidiary of Paramount Global, creates and distributes industry-leading content across a variety of platforms to audiences around the world. Hiring Salary Range: $45,000.00 - 55,000.00.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
