GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBThe Regional Service Manager provides support and guidance to Service Managers with implementation and interpretation of bank policies and procedures, Federal and State Regulations, customer service training, expense control, operations efficiency, and protection of bank assets. The Regional Service Manager needs to be innovative, confident yet diplomatic, and must be able to manage through influence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following:Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.Provide, present, and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.Assist in setting goals and standards with Service Managers for quality customer service as well as maintaining Bank Customer Service Programs.Ensure that all established Bank policies and procedures are followed through audits at the business financial centers and information provided by the Compliance Department.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly risk management reports for the Region.Identify and communicate risk assessment to Division Service Manager.Bring operational continuity to business financial centers by performing ongoing operational oversight including training, compliance monitoring, resource management, trend analysis, and cost control.Assist in researching and resolving customer service issues.Support Business Financial Center's sales and service objectives.Assist with non-interest expense control and improvements.Assist in collection of non-interest income and meeting/exceeding the Bank's collection goals.Ensure that the centers are conducting scheduled Citizens Experience Training as well as Product Knowledge Training.Provide guidance with special pricing and account set up requirements.Participate and encourage Service Managers to develop cross-training programs to gain operations efficiency.Provide leadership from an operational perspective, to a team of associates in mergers and/or acquisitions of other banks or business units.Participate in special assignments as directed.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. $73,770.00 To 103,278.00 Annually
