Job Description & Qualification
The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin invites applications for multiple full-time positions with the Department of Accounting, at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor (with or without experience) or tenured associate professor, to begin in academic year 2025-2026. Successful applicants must have strong research and teaching capabilities. A Ph.D. degree should either be completed or very near completion with the expectation of completion by the time of the appointment. Applicants with experimental, financial-archival/field, or managerial-archival/field research interests are especially encouraged to apply.Application Procedure

The predominant mode of instruction and research is in-person, such that faculty appointed for employment shall reside in the proximate area of the work site for the duration of their appointment and be able to maintain a daily in-person schedule at the assigned work site.
