Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) .Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 per yearAsk us about our SIGN-ON BONUS of up to $10,000!Employee BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits401k Retirement PlanDrive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visitsFree CEUs through our training platform and national resourcesJob DutiesCreate ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.RequirementsPossess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Must be able to commute between both Fremont and San Jose center.Flexible to provide in-home parent training and/or clinical supervision to center clients as appropriate.Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills.Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment.Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.Bilingual Spanish is a plus.About Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones GroupThe Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
