Data Scientist

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Pull and clean data from diverse sources.Develop and implement machine learning models and solutions.Work with highly classified data using Rhombus code blocks.Build large-scale LLM workflows and engage with customers to define AI strategies.Take ownership of high-stakes projects within small teams.What We’re Looking For:Experience in data science, data engineering, and machine learning.Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable platforms.Proficiency in data processing and advanced analytics tools.Skills in dataset discovery, model creation, and quality assurance.Strong collaboration and adaptability in dynamic environments.Qualifications:Active TS/SCI Clearance required.Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.Expertise in Python and data handling libraries (e.g., Pandas, PyArrow).Experience with database management solutions (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).Skills in large-scale data processing and cloud computing environments.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCloud, Azure) is a plus.Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).Personal Qualities:Ability to contextualize data within Rhombus' vision.Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication.Intellectual curiosity and creativity, with a willingness to learn.Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Benefits:Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents401k matching programPTO and holidaysBonus and incentive programsAccess to mental health programsFlexible Spending Accounts for Health Care, Dependent, and Commuter expenses
