You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of elementary students in grades Kindergarten through fifth while supporting and assisting classroom teachers in supervision, or providing other campus assistance as needed. If there is a vacancy in a classroom, you may have the opportunity to step in and lead the class. This is a perfect role for someone looking to gain school and classroom experience!Implement curriculumCollaborate with other faculty and staff membersAssist in classroom management and behaviorProvide support in the classroom or office as neededWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityPrior classroom experience is preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for contributing to the educational growth and development of elementary studentsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
