We are looking for creative and energetic candidates to join our elite team supporting live and recorded event production in a unique and exciting environment. Technicians provide broadcast-quality services including audio only, video, live event production, real-time live streaming, teleconferencing, recording, reproducing, and teleprompting. Events include but are not limited to major national events, ceremonies, international conferences, meetings, social affairs, or training events.Compensation Range:

TWD fosters a balanced work environment based on our core values of integrity, service, fairness, empowerment, and professionalism.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the set-up and operations of live event broadcast, production, editing, and AV equipment.Move/transport equipment from one location to another.Set-up lighting, cameras, microphones, and speakers for programs and events.Assist with maintaining lineup of cable TV operations and broadcasting/re-broadcasting activities.Assist with the cataloging and asset management of operations artifacts.Work with a multi-discipline team to complete team tasks.Provide technical support to voice, video, and data engineering staff.Support shift work operations, with 8-hour shifts between 7am and 8pm and weekends as needed.Work with audio video editing suites, to include image stabilization, video enhancement, and format conversion capabilities.Assist in the enhancement of multimedia files and still images for further analysis.Report problems and process equipment for repair.Clean and store equipment.Perform other duties as assigned.SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information level (TS/SCI). If the ideal candidate does not hold this active clearance, TWD & Associates is willing to sponsor the clearance process.QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma.Basic mechanical aptitude.Ability to comprehend and utilize audio, visual, and power-related mathematics.Maintain a professional appearance.Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and concepts.Generally proficient with common office productivity applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite.Able to work independently and as a team member.Must have a professional demeanor, patience, flexibility, and strong customer-service skills.LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to communicate effectively with both employees and managers.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to comprehend and apply basic mathematics.REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to be responsive and persuasive to all levels of the organization.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
