As a Store Product Recovery Manager, working to provide strategic direction to lead, develop, and manage the recovery and quality work in all areas of the store, you will:Hire and train the recovery leaders and co-workers, in addition to creating individual development plans, ensuring we have a highly competent and performing team capable of delivering an excellent customer shopping experience.Manage resource planning, co-worker relations issues, and performance.Support second life products by managing department programs including buyback and furniture leasing as a service.Serve as the leading circular ambassador of the IKEA brand to all co-workers and customers through repacking, recycling, spare parts library, and Buy Back.Ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability, and quality.Ensure commercial review is being used to develop the business and the co-workers. Secure commerciality and safety of the AS-IS sales floor and other recovery areas.Analyze the business and determine opportunities to generate revenue, reduce costs, and engage with customers.Monitor store KPI performance and create tactical actions to improve the performance of all recovery processes, including cross-functional processes (Returns, Quality Claims, Back to stock, Selling).Partner with all other areas to allocate resources and create strategies in order to meet the changing needs of the store.Partner with other stores and serve as a resource by providing solutions and best practices.Together as a Team

5 years' experience.Experience in managing and developing people, preferably in customer-centric service or a retail environment.Knowledge of business management principles, strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Requirements
