The ideal candidate will specialize in writing coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage disputes across various cases, demonstrating expertise and a commitment to excellence.Duties:Draft and analyze coverage opinions for diverse insurance products.Litigate insurance coverage disputes in court.Handle cases involving CGL, advertising injury, D&O, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and first-party property.Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare persuasive legal documents.Maintain organized case files and documentation.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance coverage experience.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong persuasive research, writing, and speaking skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
