The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating independence and strong writing abilities while engaging directly with clients.Duties:Collaborate with senior litigators to formulate litigation strategies for defending employment actions.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, memos, briefs, and other correspondence.Analyze employment records for case preparation.Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies.Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, trials, and other litigation processes.Interact with employment experts to enhance case strategies.Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law.Draft motions and other legal documents as needed.Maintain effective communication and cooperation with colleagues and clients.Requirements:Admission to practice in California.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant laws and procedures.Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex legal issues.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in California.Skills:Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.Ability to build rapport and instill confidence with clients.Strong organizational and time management capabilities.Proficient in identifying and resolving issues promptly.Job Location:
