We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to build and lead a research group to invent the future of video generation for creators, from filmmakers to social video creators. Although text-to-video models are constantly improving, we believe that for people to truly turn their creative vision to reality, they will need a great deal of control - simple but powerful forms of control for social video creators and endless possibilities with precision for filmmakers. The goal is to allow them to rapidly iterate on their ideas and craft their vision with both semantic and low-level control.Your group will invent these control mechanisms to drive the next wave of video creation. You will have a great deal of freedom to develop your research agenda, be a core part of the academic research community, and publish, all while having a big real-world impact. So you will have a unique combination of a world-class research organization, top video products, and a company in which creativity is in our DNA.
