Milieu Specialist - Per DiemBeaumont Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility)A new, 144-bed behavioral health facility – Beaumont Behavioral Hospital provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults, and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues are offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility will provide a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family, and individual therapy.Position SummaryThe Milieu Specialist provides therapeutic milieu management training and monitoring of the hospital units. Qualifications

Qualifications:High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.Five years of professional experience in a mental health hospital setting required.Experience as a Lead MHT.Current certification as a Non-Violent Crisis Intervention instructor required or obtained ASAP but no later than 5 months.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to relate feedback and mentor existing & newly hired employees required.Current certification in CPI & BLS/CPR required.Work Hours:
