This position contributes to the success of Los Angeles Athletic Club (“Company”) by creating positive experiences for every member and guest who visits the club by conducting introductory workouts, updating workouts, ensuring safe use of fitness equipment; addressing customer inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner; administering fitness assessments, personalizing conditioning and fitness training, and providing an elevated service experience, and promoting all athletic activities, programs, and events.In this role, you will:Design and implement personalized workout programsProvide one-on-one and small group training sessionsMotivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goalsEnsure the safety of clients during workoutsMaintain a clean and organized workout environmentRequirements:National Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)CPR/AED CertificationGroup fitness certification is a plusWe offer excellent Full Time Benefits Packages!Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holiday PayMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and many other ancillary and life wellness benefits.401(k) Plan with employer matchComplimentary Associate Meal per shiftProfessional development and opportunities to grow within a well-respected companyHotel Room Discounts, Associate Company Paid Parking, and more!Compensation:
