About the Job
As a Principal Hydrogeologist, or Geologist, your duties will include:
Expanding the business portfolio through new and existing client relationships
Leading key projects as principal-in-charge
Mentoring staff and fostering their development
Contributing to company-wide goals
Advising the Investigation and Remediation business director
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in engineering, hydrogeology, geology, or related fields
Preferred licensure as a P.E. or P.G.
Expertise in investigating and remediating contaminated sites or treating drinking water
15+ years of experience in environmental engineering and consulting
Proven success in business development and leading environmental projects
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
A commitment to professional and intellectual growth
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Salary Range:$160,000 – $200,000 annually
