Director of Lifestyle
in the Omaha metro area!
The Director of Lifestyle is responsible for developing, planning, and directing the Recreation program to ensure the residents' recreation and wellness needs are met.

What are my responsibilities?
Communicate and promote recreation and wellness program related information to all residents and team members.Lead and assist recreation and wellness team in implementation of the programs.Recruit, cultivate and maintain community partners to offer unique recreation and wellness experiences.Monitor, review, adapt and communicate weekly team member schedules and expectations to include timecards, schedules, expenses, etc.Actively participates and leads meetings by providing quality input and being prepared as required.
What do I need to be considered?
STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field preferred.Supervisor experience in a health care setting.At least two years' experience in performing recreational duties in a health care setting.
