We provide clear expectations for your role and offer guidance on how to thrive as a leader and contributor aligned with our company's mission and values.Pay: $45.00 per hourEmployee BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits401k Retirement PlanDrive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visitsFree CEUS through our training platform and national resourcesJob DutiesDeliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.RequirementsPossess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts license (LABA).Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of in-person and virtual telehealth.Flexible to work with combined home, school, and community caseloads.Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills.Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment.Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.About Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones GroupThe Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
