BCBA Supervisor - Job Description
Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while simultaneously increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families of those impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive array of services including one-to-one in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism. Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family.
Job Summary
Autism Behavioral Center is seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Team ABC. We need a BCBA with strong leadership skills who wants to make a difference working with an amazing team. This BCBA will be responsible for completing intake assessments, developing and revising individualized programs and behavior plans, working with families in their homes, the community and during social skills group at our center. This BCBA will work directly with a Behavior Technician (BT) to improve the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and environment checks in family homes
Work closely with ABA coordinators & Behavior Technicians who assist in supervision
Complete ongoing documentation as required by insurance companies
Design individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
Model, implement and monitor progress of skills using behavior analysis
Educate parents and staff about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Review documentation and provide feedback as needed
Maintain ongoing communication with parents via direct supervision, emails and phone calls
Encourage and participate in an environment that fosters employee satisfaction and maximizes productivity
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's Degree in ABA or related field
Valid BCBA license
LABA (or ability to be licensed in MA)
At least 3 years of experience in ABA
Experience working with parents and families
Strong administrative and clinical skill set
