. Creighton University is a Faith Based campus and
is one of Sodexo's Showcase accounts for Campus Dining and Catering.Our successful candidate will have previous Catering/Banquet management experience and will manage the day to day catering on campus, averaging from 15 to 25 events per day, including high-end plated service to high volume buffets. Reporting to the Catering Manager/Director, this leader will mentor, train, and develop 2 catering coordinators - experience with mentoring and building cohesive teams is required.This Catering Manager will focus on all main campus catering. Experience with excellent executive client relations, campus alumni relations, and understanding of setting up buffets to high-end service will provide the foundation of success for this role.Is this opportunity right for you?
