Summary:
The BCBA is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is responsible for providing behavior analysis services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will work closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide training and support to staff. The BCBA will also be responsible for conducting research and developing new treatment programs.
Responsibilities:
Provide behavior analysis services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and monitoring progress.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's specific needs.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff by collecting data on the client's progress and reviewing it with staff to improve interventions.
Conduct research and develop new treatment programs, including literature reviews and testing new interventions.
Supervise and train staff on behavior analysis principles and techniques, providing feedback on their performance.
Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care, including working with physicians, therapists, educators, and others.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and progress.
Attend professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest research and practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
Board certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
3+ years of experience providing behavior analysis services.
Experience working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Driver's License.
