With a growing presence in domestic and international markets, we are on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Agronomic Sales Representative to join our team in CA.
The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your industry knowledge and customer service skills to uncover crop nutrition challenges faced by our clients and present appropriate solutions, incorporating the Bio-Gro product offering into a complete fertility program.
On an ongoing basis, you will:
Manage your time & territory from your remote office
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with farm and retail clients
Work with Bio-Gro's technical team to understand crop-specific challenges and present appropriate solutions
Develop opportunities into mutually beneficial business relationships
Execute sales strategies to meet & exceed sales targets
Operate within company systems for forecasting & record keeping
Solve problems & remove bottlenecks to growth
Grow your knowledge of crop production and agronomic issues within the region
You might be a great fit for this role if you have
5+ years
of sales experience, strong working knowledge of agriculture, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed as part of a team.
