The Concierge/Front Office Operations is responsible for administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the front office. This position demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, communication, and initiative. The Concierge/Front Officer Operations is the right-hand person acting as a resource to simplify and organize activities. Prompt communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are key to the success of this role.Responsibilities

Greet all employees, visitors, and guestsTreat everyone with courtesy and respectHandle and coordinate a wide variety of administrative, project-based, and sometimes complex tasksCoordinate meetings, events, and reservationsMonitor, filter and respond to all incoming and outgoing email, phone, and written communications; monitor all necessary follow upHandle confidential informationHandle office communications and office snacks and beveragesAssist in preparing materials for varied projectsHandle all other duties as assignedQualifications

3+ years of Concierge/Front Office Operations and/or administrative experience preferred
