Bluegrass Assisted Living, Kentucky's state-of-the-art Assisted & Memory Care community is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales & Community Relations to join our team. As the Sales leader, you will be responsible for leading and implementing sales strategies to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the senior living industry.Commission structure that is both lucrative and competitiveResponsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential residents and their familiesConduct tours of the community, highlighting the features and benefits of our servicesBuild and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizationsRespond to inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information about our services and pricingCollaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materialsAttend industry events and networking functions to expand your professional networkMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and occupancy goalsRequirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the senior living industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of local healthcare and senior living resourcesMust be empathetic, compassionate, and have a genuine desire to help seniors and their familiesJob Type: Full-timeAbility to Relocate:
