Licensed Pest Control Technician
to handle pest management at a variety of properties in the Chicago area. If you want an opportunity to grow with a company on the rise, look no further! We offer services in property management, maintenance & construction, leasing, and brokerage.What we offer:Compensation range of $20-$24 per hour depending on experienceMonthly cell phone stipendMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceFront loaded PTO401k - Company match up to 4%Long and short term disability at no cost to employeeWhat you’ll do:Perform regular monthly or bi-monthly treatments of building common areas.Rodent treatments, including (re)placing bait stations and identifying access points.Insect treatments, including the use of insecticide applications and roach baiting.Treatment of insects including but not limited to: Ants, Drain Flies, Fruit Flies, Water Bugs, Sowbugs, Silverfish, Firebrats, Spiders, Crickets, Roaches, Centipedes, Millipedes.Common area treatment for bed bugs on a monthly basis.Perform in-unit treatments at the request of homeowners.Track daily work orders and utilize company provided software applications to input notes and time tracking.What you’ll need:Active Illinois structural pest control license requiredHS diploma or equivalentValid Driver’s LicenseAuthorized to work in the USAbout Westward360:Westward360 is dedicated to providing exceptional community management, rental management and brokerage services.
