Manage all functions and all assets associated with the production of quality hatching eggs at the lowest possible costs for the Arkansas Breeder Complex.Manage Breeder production issues.Oversee execution of plan for placements, vaccinations, bird movements, pertinent paperwork, and other duties associated with breeder production.Conduct meetings with staff, farm managers, and farm owners.Meet with vendors to obtain project bids/recommendations and deal with billing issues.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field is desirable.5+ years in Breeder management or equivalent experience.High level of initiative and be a self-starter.Strong analytical skills.Good interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal/written communication skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Good computer skills.Ability to follow and enforce all company policies.Additional Information
