The Assistant Preschool Teacher supports the Lead Teachers with the preparation, supervision, and facilitation of activities for children.are creative, fun-loving, and warm-heartedrespect the abilities of young childrenare thoughtful in guiding social interactionsenjoy playful and physical activityThe Assistant Preschool Teacher must demonstrate competency to:build positive relationships with children and familiessupport children with and without disabilitiesrespond to the emotional and developmental needs of young childrenplay and engage with childrenwork cooperatively and professionally with staff membersMinimum Qualifications/Requirements

The Assistant Preschool Teacher must have the following:a high school diploma; andexperience working with children in a classroom settingMust maintain current food handler’s permit, CPR, and first aid certification. This position requires long periods of standing and occasional lifting.Salary & Benefits
