is a Heavy Civil Construction Company. They specialize in Bridge Construction, Bridge Restoration, Roadway Rehabilitation, Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, Concrete Bridge Overlays, Concrete Paving and Alternative Delivery Projects, including Design Build, CMGC, CMAR and Progressive Design Build throughout Colorado and California.RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:20+ years of progressive responsibility (minimum 5 years of being a superintendent) of all works associated with:Repairs/retrofitting within an existing WTP/WWTP (Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant)Building a new portion or multiple portions of an existing WTP/WWTP, examples include:
Pump StationsBlowersHolding PondsPrimary/Secondary ClarifiersAeration/Anoxic BasinsChemical Storage and Conveyance SystemsFiltersBypass systems.
Building a new WTP/WWTP.Must have strong skills in most of the following scopes:
Learning new scopes of work quicklyClient relationshipsWorking with Union RepresentativesReading/Understanding estimates and budgets and communicate budgets and costs to project management team.Leading the Tracking/Claiming of Production QuantitiesLeading the prompt assembly of crew work plansWill have access to scope specific project/field engineer(s)Lead the Structural concrete slabs, walls, and decks crew(s)Lead the Above ground/Mechanical/Process piping crew(s)Lead the Underground process piping crew(s)Lead the Shoring for underground piping and general excavation.
Managing multiple crews of different competence as is typical of a WTP/WWTP construction project i.e. concrete, mechanical, underground, and subs.Must be able to use/navigate the following computer programs (no exceptions):
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.BlueBeam or AdobeHeavy job or equivalent timecard management software.
