Master's Degree .Job Responsibility:

Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing and Community Relations Officer is responsible for coordinating marketing strategy (traditional and digital), product marketing, competitive intelligence, communications, and public relations that support consistent business growth and increased visibility in line with the strategic vision of the Bank. This role also aims to expand the Bank's presence in the Delaware Market through community outreach, volunteerism, business development, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) support, financial education, and philanthropy.Essential Functions:Marketing:

Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop a strategic marketing plan.Work with Department Managers to define, enhance, execute, and manage the Bank's marketing programs and campaigns.Plan and administer the Bank's marketing and advertising budgets.Select vendors to augment the Bank's marketing capabilities and collaborate with third-party firms.Coordinate advertising content for direct print and electronic media, ensuring the Bank's website is updated with relevant resources.Manage key digital marketing initiatives and report results to the Senior Management Team.Update marketing strategies based on market changes.Coordinate production of marketing materials and maintain a consistent corporate image.Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and maintain marketing records.Community Relations:

Develop and implement strategic community partnerships.Administer charitable giving and community relations budgets.Assist the CRA Officer in expanding relationships with CRA agencies.Coordinate employee volunteer opportunities and manage the volunteer database.Represent the Bank at public relations events.Develop public communications, including press releases.Analyze success factors of community investments and report results.Compliance:

Adhere to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.Complete all required training.Communicate potential audit or compliance risks.Performs other duties as requested by Management.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or public relations; financial institution experience preferred.Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies.Understanding of market research, advertising, and public relations.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills.Physical Demands:

Required to sit and stand for prolonged periods.Frequent use of hands and fingers.Ability to lift or exert force up to 25 lbs.Ability to travel to various locations and work events after hours.Job Type:
