Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for Security Shift Supervisors! Team leaders with prior supervision experience in the security or service industry should apply immediately!
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Responsibilities & QualificationsAt Marksman Security, we encourage our core values of Integrity, Service, Commitment, Drive and Innovation. Security Shift Supervisors oversee and manage site activity, conducting routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Responsibilities of Security Shift Supervisor:
Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor.
Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support.
Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract.
Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy.
Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner.
Train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets, etc.).
Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner.
Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling, and/or disciplinary actions when necessary.
Other duties to be determined by management.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required).
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required.
Flexible/on-call schedule availability.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Attentive to detail.
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
