basis.As the

Rooms Division Manager , you will oversee Front Office and our outsourced Housekeeping team, ensuring a seamless guest experience while achieving departmental revenue and profitability goals. By joining the team, you will unleash a huge array of great benefits. #WeAreHeartistsIn this role you will:With a hands-on approach, effectively manage daily operations to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualized customer-focused service in the hotel locality.Ensure teams are well-versed in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and VIP guest recognition protocols.Foster effective communication between departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Ensure hotel targets around RPS, NPS, Loyalty, and room upselling are met to ensure KPI’s are achieved.Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all guest-facing and back-of-house areas.Ensure the operation of an effective night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller to ensure accuracy of this daily function whilst maintaining customer focus.Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs as needed.Lead comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to review procedures.Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire the team at all levels and drive team member engagement.Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and support career development.Monitor costs and adjust strategies to meet budget guidelines effectively.

QualificationsWhat are we looking for?Minimum 2 years’ experience as a department head in a similar role.Strong leadership with the ability to work collaboratively with other leaders in the business.A passion for inspiring a team through coaching, career development, and learning of new skills and abilities.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Open to feedback, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.A high standard of grooming and presentation.Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays.
