Responsibilities:Instruct the entire range of HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologiesCoordinate with guest lecturers and ensure that all instruction and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and completeUnderstand HUMINT Targeting and DoD policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT system requirementsUnderstand the career development track of HUMINT Targeting OfficersAdminister, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction in the HUMINT training curriculum in accordance with established proceduresEvaluate student performance using verbal and written formats in accordance with established course standards and proceduresIdentify areas of material, methods, aids used, or other elements of the training process in need of revision based on formal or informal student evaluations.In coordination with DoD supervision, maintain contact with SMEs in order to anticipate changes that shall affect training materialsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies or related field preferredDoD experience as a certified HUMINT professional with a minimum of four (4) years' applied experience in HUMINT Targeting, conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysisExtensive knowledge of HUMINT operations to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targetsSolid understanding of and ability to instruct students on every aspect of the HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operationsGraduate of a recognized IC level HUMINT Targeting course, such as JHATC, OHTC, TCB or IC school equivalent; completion of OHTC, TNPC highly desiredCurrent active TS/SCI with CI PolygraphEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
