to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analytical testing, including techniques such as PCR, Digital PCR, FLOW cytometry, and ELISA. In addition to technical expertise, strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential for success in this role. This is a fully on-site position.Key Responsibilities:Perform analytical testing using various methods, including PCR, Digital PCR, FLOW cytometry, and ELISA.Conduct data analysis and reporting with an emphasis on fast and high-quality data turnaround.Collaborate with Method Development groups to support assay development, qualification, and transfer.Cultivate and maintain mammalian cell cultures for experimental purposes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.Interpret data and perform trend analysis to drive informed decision-making.Interact effectively with study owners and testing laboratories.Work with study owners to develop and implement methods to support process development and process improvement.Maintain timely and thorough documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks.Author reports detailing experimental work and summarizing results.Order, track, and maintain inventory of lab supplies and reagents.Qualifications & Experiences:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology).Minimum (3 years for Bachelor’s degree, 1 year for Master’s degree) of experience in analytical development or analytical testing (Associate Scientist).Minimum (5 years for Bachelor’s degree, 3 years for Master’s degree) of experience in analytical development or analytical testing (Scientist).Hands-on experience with PCR, FLOW cytometry and/or ELISA, and cell culture.Demonstrated experience with qPCR and Flow related work.Knowledge of critical reagents and their impact on assay performance.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and previous experience of working in a regulated environment is a plus.Fluency in English and excellent technical writing skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.Some knowledge of immunology and cell biology techniques and data analysis.Demonstrated ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.Experience working in a self-driven, performance/results oriented, fast-paced matrix environment.Excellent problem-solving skills.Proficiency utilizing MS Office products.Flexibility to work rotating offset shifts (early morning, evening and/or weekend shifts).#LI-OnsiteIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
