What You'll Bring to the TableYou are organized and detail oriented with a passion for helping great teams drive successful completion of Sales Enablement projects. You are a great communicator, motivator, and project manager. You'll be integral in ensuring the successful scale of our global Enablement Projects. You will have an active role maintaining effective communication with key partners on our global enablement, sales and other teams.

We are looking to speak with candidates who wish to relocate and/or live in either Austin, TX or Dublin, IE as we've introduced our hybrid work model.

Position DescriptionAs a member of our GTM Enablement team, the Project Management, Content Developer is responsible for training project creation for our global Sales team, including collaborating with Enablement Advisors, managing projects, creating/curating content, gathering feedback and data and updating content to ensure relevance and efficacy. This role is critical to our ability to attain annual revenue goals. This position is expected to help develop content strategy, take the lead on projects, and partner with senior team members to improve their own knowledge and skills.

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.
