As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, ensuring our customers’ appliances are functioning optimally.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and Repair : Identify issues with home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Perform necessary repairs to restore functionality.Provide Estimates : Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs and explain the services needed to customers in a clear and professional manner.Customer Communication : Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of repairs and answering any questions they may have.Parts Management : Order necessary parts and ensure efficient use of company materials. Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools.Collect Payments : Handle payment collection for completed work, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.Maintain Records : Keep detailed records of all repairs, including the diagnosis, parts used, and work performed.Ensure Safety : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.Qualifications:Education : High school diploma or equivalent.Experience : Previous experience in appliance repair is preferred.
