My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a 600 locations strong international corporation offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.Position Requirements:
Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including Monday mandatory meeting/training and at least one weekendHighly energeticExceptional interpersonal communication skillsExperience working with childrenBackground in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)Effective leadership and motivational skillsEffective time managementAdept sales skillsClean background checkCompensation:
Starts at $12 per hour - Average trained staff member earns $13-$15 per hour. Training duration depends on how FAST you learn! It can range from 2 weeks to 8 weeks! My Gym offers frequent evaluations for opportunities to increase hourly wage! Wage varies from $12-$20 depending on performance and experience.Additionally, we offer:
