3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experiencePhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experienceExperience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languageExperience with neural deep learning methods2+ experience in a tech lead role, aiming to solve challenging machine learning problems with quantitative approachesExperience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journalsExperience in any of the following areas: Natural Language Processing (NLP), vision-language modeling, recommendation systems, web data processing, Large Language Models (LLM), or parallel and distributed computingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with LLM model training, large scale training data curation, training/inference optimization.Experience with modeling and large-scale data processing tools such as Pytorch, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, PySpark, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy, etcExperience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark (or PySpark), etcAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
