Customer Service Rep I , where you’ll ensure customer satisfaction by managing the order lifecycle, advocating for customers, and communicating with internal teams. Take ownership of the customer experience and help us create a positive, lasting impression.What You’ll do:Maximize customer satisfaction by processing orders and handling inquiries efficiently.Manage and support customer relationships, ensuring clear communication and superior service.Capture and convey customer feedback to improve processes and satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.What You’ll Bring:A passion for excellent customer service and strong professional communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.Collaborative team skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft systems.An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with ideally 5+ years of customer service experience.
